Cancellation Policy

The storage rental agreement remains in full effect until terminated or cancelled by either the Lessor (MicroSelfStorage) or the Lessee (the client).

1. Notice of Termination: Either party may request to terminate this agreement with 5-10 days’ prior written notice. This notification must be provided in written form via the email address on file or by sending a message to the office.

2. Lessee’s Responsibilities Upon Termination: Upon cancellation or termination of the storage rental agreement, the Lessee is required to:

  • Vacate the storage unit on or before the termination date.
  • Empty, clean, and return the unit in good condition within 24 hours of the agreement’s termination.
  • Any property remaining in the unit after this 24-hour period shall become the property of the Lessor.

3. Lessor’s Right to Immediate Termination: MicroSelfStorage, as the Lessor, reserves the right to terminate this agreement immediately if the Lessee breaches any provision within the terms and conditions.4. Yearly Contracts and Month-to-Month Conversion: When a yearly contract terminates, the agreement automatically converts to a month-to-month basis. At this point, prices are subject to change with a 30-day notice.
